Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Products (Plugins & Sample Packs)

Because digital products (VST plugins, sample packs, MIDI presets) are delivered instantly via secure Google Drive direct access with irrevocable tokens, all sales are generally final once the download token has been generated. However, if a file is defective or corrupted, our technical team will replace or resolve it immediately.

2. Pre-Recorded Online Courses

If you experience verified technical difficulties accessing your pre-recorded course curriculum and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund request.

3. Live Online Zoom Classes

For live online batches, refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the batch start date. Once the live cohort sessions commence, enrollments cannot be refunded.
