By accessing or using the services of TBM Studio Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Educational Content & Intellectual Property

All video lessons, curriculum modules, custom audio presets, and sound samples provided through the platform remain the intellectual property of TBM Studio Academy. Streaming course videos are watch-only for enrolled students; unauthorized re-uploading, ripping, or public distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Digital Product Licensing

VST Plugins and sample packs come with a single-user commercial license. You are granted full permission to use sounds and presets in commercial music releases, broadcasts, and sync licensing without owing royalties to TBM Studio Academy.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Account sharing across multiple individuals is prohibited and may result in revocation of access.
